Refund & Returns Policy

This policy applies to all orders placed on authentiqnutrition.com, sold by VMS Multiventures Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. (“authentiQ”, “we”, “us”). Because our products are nutritional supplements meant for consumption, we can only accept returns in the situations listed below, to protect the safety and integrity of every pack.

When you can request a return or replacement

• The product arrived damaged, leaking or with a broken / tampered seal.
• You received the wrong product, flavour or size.
• The product is past its expiry date on delivery.
• Items are missing from your order.

Please report the issue within 7 days of delivery, with your order number and clear photos (an unboxing video helps us resolve it faster).

What we cannot accept

• Products that have been opened, used or had the seal removed by the customer.
• Change-of-mind returns, or returns because of taste or personal preference.
• Requests raised more than 7 days after delivery.
• Products bought from any seller other than authentiqnutrition.com or our authorised partners.

How to request a return

1. Email info@authentiqnutrition.com or call +91 90966 02142 with your order number, the issue and photos.
2. Our team reviews the request within 2 business days.
3. If approved, we arrange a free reverse pickup from your address.
4. Once the item is received and inspected, we ship a replacement or process a refund, as you prefer.

Refunds

• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of the returned item passing inspection.
• Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method (card, UPI, net banking or wallet). Your bank may take a few extra days to show the credit.
• Cash on Delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer or UPI to the account details you share with us.
• Shipping is free on all orders, so there are no shipping charges to deduct from a refund.
