Cancellation Policy

We know plans change. This policy explains when and how you can cancel an order placed on authentiqnutrition.com.

Cancelling before dispatch

• You can cancel your order free of charge at any time before it is dispatched (usually within 1–2 business days of ordering).
• To cancel, email info@authentiqnutrition.com or call +91 90966 02142 with your order number.
• For prepaid orders, the full amount is refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

After dispatch

• Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled.
• If you refuse a prepaid parcel at delivery, the refund is processed once the parcel is returned to our warehouse unopened.
• For damaged, incorrect or expired products, please follow our Refund & Returns Policy.

Cancellations by authentiQ

We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, if there is a pricing or listing error, if payment cannot be verified, or if your PIN code is not serviceable. In every such case we will inform you, and any amount paid will be refunded in full to the original payment method.

Subscriptions and recurring charges

We do not charge any recurring or subscription fees. Every order is a one-time purchase.
