These Terms of Use govern your use of authentiqnutrition.com and any purchase you make from it. The website is operated by VMS Multiventures Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. (“authentiQ”, “we”, “us”). By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law to place an order.

Product information and health disclaimer

• Our products are nutraceutical / food supplements intended for healthy adults. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease and are not a substitute for a varied diet or medical advice.
• Do not exceed the recommended daily serving. Consult a doctor before use if you are pregnant, nursing, under medical supervision, taking medication or have a medical condition.
• We make every effort to display products, labels and descriptions accurately. Colours and images may vary slightly from the actual product; the label on the pack is the final reference.

Orders, pricing and payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable GST.
• An order is confirmed only after successful payment, or after confirmation in the case of Cash on Delivery.
• We may refuse or cancel an order in case of stock unavailability, pricing or listing errors, failed payment verification or suspected fraud. Any amount paid will be refunded in full.
• Online payments are processed by our payment gateway partner. We do not charge any recurring or subscription fees.

Shipping, returns and cancellations

Delivery, returns, refunds and cancellations are governed by our Shipping Policy, Refund & Returns Policy and Cancellation Policy, which form part of these terms.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Please provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Intellectual property

The authentiQ name, logo, product names, label designs, images and website content are owned by or licensed to VMS Multiventures Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. They may not be copied, reproduced or used without our written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, including attempting unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, placing fraudulent orders or posting false reviews.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for results from using products other than as directed on the label.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
